We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we don't charge the bond out. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.

Cleaning Fee $300
Off Peak $440 per night - minimum 2 nights
On Peak $540 per night - minimum 2 nights
Event $600 per night - minimum 2 nights
Christmas/Easter $840 per night - minimum 4 nights

Please note: There are a number of cameras throughout the property that are all disabled except for the front camera.
