Off Peak: $140 per night On Peak: $200 per night Events: $340 per night Xmas/Easter: $390 per night Cleaning: $150 per stay Pets: $30 per night We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we don't charge the bond out. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.
